Developed new URiM faculty development program. 6-month URiM faculty professional development program intended to
1) augment peer mentoring and a sense of community
2) enhance career development skills
3) facilitate discussions about navigating academia as a URiM faculty member, and
4) support an inclusive environment.
After the program, nine (81%) of the 11 promotion eligible course participants successfully submitted their promotion packets within 2 years of the program.
